Remember the shells that I found a little while back? I finally got around to spray painting them! Once I sprayed the interior of the shells, I propped them up so the excess blue paint could run off of the shell. I also spray painted the silver dollar that I found on the beach. I'm sure it'll look right at home with the others!
In addition to high gloss paint, I also used Krylon Chrome spray paint. When I turned the shells over the spray paint the exterior, I dragged them through the excess silver paint that had pooled on the newspaper. The result? Silver tipped edges!
What do you think? I'm really happy how they turned out, any suggestions for other interior colors? Maybe a high gloss yellow?
